Ebisu sushi is by FAR my favorite sushi place to eat at. The owners/servers make you feel very welcome & they ALWAYS give great & speedy service. I have been eating there for about 5 years now and i have NEVER been unhappy with anything there. DEFINITELY recommend this sushi restaurant!

Best Sushi in Abbostford

I used to go there and I still do ..occasionally, but I do find that the sushi could have more how you say *passion*...the food isint eye catching in any orangement...when I go there ..I allways get the EBI roll and on several occasions they have mad it differently ..????...i dont know why...the servers are nice BUT...sometime it seems to me that they should be more expierenced per say...or just know what they are serving ...I do like this place BUT I have to be in the mood to stand it ...

I love going to this Sushi Restaurant. The staff are so welcoming and kind. They're always smiling and ready to serve you. When I order food from Ebisu it's always so hard to choose what I would like to eat. They have such a wide variety of vegetarian dishes for someone like myself, and non-vegetarian dishes for the fish lovers. I love the food there, it's filling, it looks great, it smells great, it tastes delicious, and the prices aren't too high either. I chose to go to Ebisu for New Years dinner with a couple of friends. The booths were all booked up but they were happy to accommodate us with their open area seating. What a lovely bunch of people. )
I always go to Ebisu for my sushi, no where else compares!

The food is always wonderful, although the prices can get rather high. Service tends to fluctuate from good to average, but I have never been displeased. Try it!

I eat here weekly. I really don't think the reviews were written by the owner... they are so sweet! Every time we walk in there we get the nicest hello's from the sushi chefs. I think I've actually been spoiled by Ebisu because I went out of town and was dying for some sushi... eww! It didn't compare. I don't find Ebisu to be pricey because you'd end up paying the same for a meal at Boston Pizza or another chain- yet the portions are huge. I really guess it depends on what you are ordering. I get dinner box A w/ a dynamite roll (a must have on their menu!) and I rarely finish the box. the amount of food you get is insane. The chicken teriyaki is so tender & perfect... I can't believe all the poor reviews this place got. It is one of the best sushi joints I've ever been to!

This is the best sushi I have ever had. The prices are good and the staff are even better. The best sushi in Abbotsford for setting, experience, food and again, great staff.

Wow, the Sushi here is amazing, and the staff is great too! You can tell they care a lot about their customers! I always have a smile on my face when someone says we should go eat there! I look forward to it all week! Definitely a great place to go, the prices are a little pricey for a meal, but they are definitely worth it! Recommenced to anyone who loves sushi!!!

Though rather pricey in comparison to other Japanese restaurants, and taking into consideration the fact that the waitresses clearly don't understand Japanese, Ebisu is the best Japanese restaurant for those seeking wonderful dishes beyond simply sushi. Also I have found that they have a very wide selection of vegetarian dishes.

This is my favourite Japanese restaurant in town. I suggest you all try it!

The dynamite rolls are to die for. The staff is so friendly and efficient. The mood is very relaxed. If you're looking for a great dining experience that doesn't cost a lot this is the place to go. We've lived in the McMillan Area for years, but just heard about this place earlier this year. Now we're grabbing sushi a few times a week- Ebisu is the best around.

Ebisu Sushi is a great little Japanese restaurant. Clean and new, great service, yummy food! I eat there quite often!

I wonder if these reviews were written by the owner of the restaurant. I ordered Chirashi, which is my first test of any new sushi restaurant. This is supposed to be a beautiful arrangement of shashimi on a bed of rice. Ebisu's version of this wonderful dish, was a very small handful of very small peices of tuna and farmed salmon (the cheapest types of shashimi)thrown, not arranged. The cost the same price that I pay at my favourite restaurants in Langley, Surry and Richmond.

Oh my gosh this is the best ever sushi restarant! The food and service is amazing by far the best sushi place I have EVER been to! Who would of thought you would find it in Abbotsford! Awesome! Really Awesome! You have to go and try the old fashion Dynamite roll, its out of this world!

Best Sushi place in Abbotsford and there are at least 6 places. They are innovative and traditional at the same time. Great value for the money and reasonably priced.
